Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival Cairo, Egypt
Welcome to Cairo. Our representatives will be waiting at Cairo International Airport to meet and assist you through custom, Formalities and will then escort you to your hotel by an exclusive air-conditioned deluxe vehicle to check in and will review your holiday itinerary with you to establish and confirm pick-up times for each tour.
Overnight in Cairo.
Day 2: Tour the Pyramids of Giza & Sakkara
After Breakfast, your private tour guide will accompany you to visit the Great Pyramids of Giza-Cheops, Chephren, Mycerinus and their guardian The Sphinx.
Optional Lunch will then be served at an excellent 5-star restaurant, an ancient fusion fine dining experience by the foot of the Great Pyramids of Giza – Dine with a view! Or at a local restaurant.
Proceed to visit the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the world’s oldest major stone structure in Sakkara. It was built in the 3rd Dynasty (around 2630 BC).
Pay a visit to some souvenir and perfume shops.
Back to hotel and overnight.
Day 03: Cairo Sightseeing
Breakfast at the hotel, then you will be escorted by your private tour guide to visit The Egyptian Museum, the museum displays a rare collection of 5000 years of art which is considered the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. Over 250,000 overwhelming artefacts are presented among which, are the world-famous Tutankhamen collection.
Optional Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Cairo.
Continue to visit Salah El Din Citadel and Mohamed Ali Mosque, proceed to visit Islamic Cairo where you will be able to explore Khan El Khalili (Cairo’s old bazaar), this busy and colorful opened air bazaar is filled with exotic items from souvenirs and jewelry to perfumes and spices.
Transfer back to the hotel and overnight.
Evening: Optional dinner on a 5 star Nile cruise restaurant
Admire the lights of Cairo while enjoying an open buffet dinner with a belly dancer and Egyptian folklore show cruising for 2 hours in the River Nile. A night to remember.
Day 04: Over day Alexandria
Breakfast at the hotel, then you will have the chance to visit the second largest city of Egypt Alexandria by a private A/C coach (takes around 2.5 hours).
Upon arrival in Alexandria, pay a visit to Pompay’s Pillar. It was constructed in the honor of the emperor Diocletian at the end of the 4th century. Originally from the temple of the Serapis, it was once a magnificent structure rivalling the Soma and the Caesarean. Continue driving to visit the Catacombs which are the largest Roman Cemetery consisting of three levels cut in the rock.
Optional Lunch will be served at a 5-star restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean sea.
Proceed to visit the Qaitbay Citadel which was built on the site of the ancient pharaohs Light House of Alexandria then to Bibliotheca Alexandria.
Transfer back to your hotel in Cairo and overnight.
Day 05: Final Departure
Breakfast at the hotel, check out from the hotel, free time for shopping.
Transfer back to Cairo International Airport for your final departure.
